Code of Conduct
MOTH weekends are built on kindness, curiosity, and mutual respect. These guidelines help us keep it that way.
Respect & inclusion
Every guest deserves to feel welcome. We don’t tolerate discrimination, harassment, or exclusion based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, or background. If something feels off, tell a host immediately.
Kindness first
We all come from different stories and moods. Speak with warmth and listen with attention. Generosity of spirit is part of what makes MOTH work.
Boundaries
Be aware of personal space and comfort levels — socially, emotionally, and physically. Consent applies to conversation, photography, and everything in between.
Alcohol & substances
Enjoy responsibly. No illegal substances. Respect venues and other guests’ limits.
Photography
Ask before taking or sharing identifiable photos of others. If someone says no, respect that fully.
Accountability
Hosts may remove anyone whose behaviour threatens others’ comfort or safety. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Aftercare
We’re human — sometimes things happen. If you’d like to talk about a concern post-event, email mothlondon@outlook.com.
