Eligibility

Guests must be 18+.

Bookings & payments

• Deposits secure your place; balances are due by the date stated at checkout/confirmation.
• Prices are per person and include listed meals, activities, and accommodation unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations & changes

• You may cancel in writing. Refunds depend on notice period (we’ll state exact windows per event page/confirmation).
• If we must materially change or cancel, you’ll be offered a suitable alternative or a refund of monies paid.

Code of Conduct

All attendees must follow our Code of Conduct to keep the group safe and respectful.

Photography & imagery

We may capture photos/video for MOTH marketing. Tell a host on arrival if you prefer not to appear and email mothlondon@outlook.com to request removal after.

Liability

We use vetted suppliers and carry appropriate insurance; however, some activities carry inherent risk. Follow host and supplier instructions at all times.
